What a wonderful thing to create for Jaguar: iChat Enhancer. Simple, effective, and best of all, free. Who wouldn't want more than a single input line when instant messaging?

"Drama abounds in November." Were I to receive a fortune cookie, this would undoubtedly be the message. Friends, co-workers (total strangers even)... everybody seems to be releasing pent-up summer anxieties now. More on this later.

Tonight, I'm making Poulet en Cocotte Bonne Femme. I love my new cookbook. Titles like that empower me in a way that a recipe called "Casserole-roasted Chicken with Bacon, Onions & Potatoes" could never otherwise do. The time has come: I must learn to cook. No, I want to learn to cook. It's always been a curiosity (even to me) that I never had the courage to develop this skill. Historically, recipe-books always left me a bit disgusted - they just don't 'read.' Heck, 99% are about as much fun to read as technical dictionary of the telecom industry - how's a new cook to be inspired from that? This lovely lady, through evocative, accurate and elegant language has provided the access I needed to wine and cuisine.
